Bettakka's Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions Bettakka Applies to the platform and all its services. Bettakka is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other approved regions.

Registration Requirements

• Only one account per person is allowed. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Your real name, address, and date of birth are required at registration. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• The KYC verification process may require you to submit a photo of your National ID or passport.
• Users are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Using someone else's password or sharing your own account with others is strictly prohibited.
• Any suspected security risk to your account must be reported to Bettakka support immediately.

Bettakka is strictly for adults only. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register or play on this platform.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate on Bettakka:

• Anyone under the age of 18
• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is entirely prohibited
• Bettakka employees and their immediate family members
• Anyone who has had a previous account closed and is attempting to open a new one

Bettakka supports fast deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Important Transaction Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The registered mobile number must match the account number on file. Withdrawals to a different number are not permitted.
• If KYC is not completed, a single withdrawal limit will apply.
• If an incorrect credit occurs due to a technical fault, Bettakka reserves the right to reclaim those funds.
• In cases involving suspected money laundering or suspicious transactions, withdrawals will be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

Bettakka offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and referral bonus. Each bonus comes with its own terms.

General Bonus Terms

• To claim a bonus, you must meet the minimum deposit requirement stated on the relevant promotion page.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion explicitly permits it.
• Bonuses expire automatically once their validity period ends.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Bettakka has separate rules for Sports Betting and casino games. All bets are considered final.

Sports Betting

• Bets can be cancelled before an event begins. Once an event has started, bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Bettakka reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

Casino Games

• All games are powered by internationally audited RNG systems.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the result of the last completed round is considered final.
• Winnings will be voided if game rules are violated or software vulnerabilities are exploited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bettakka platform. Engaging in any of them will result in account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers
• Opening an account using someone else's identity
• Attempting to breach the system through hacking, viruses, or malware
• Exploiting software glitches or bugs to gain illegitimate winnings
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Arbitrage Betting or Collusion
• Use of Bots or Automated Software
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate behavior

Bettakka reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraud
• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. We strongly recommend withdrawing all available balance before proceeding with account closure.
